To join, you must submit a completed application, a pro-rated dues amount determined by the month you join, and a copy of your spouse's death certificate or obituary notice. Please do not send original documents: make a copy to send in with your application. This information will be treated as strictly private and personal, and the documentation will be returned to you. Effective on January 1, 2011, membership renewals are due on January 1st of each year. Members will receive a renewal notification in December. Please return the notice and a check for $25 to the address listed on the notification no later than January 31st of the new year. If you do not receive a renewal notification or encounter other problems with your renewal, contact your Link President for assistance. A copy of the renewal form is provided below. The application form contains additional details of membership requirements and can be displayed and printed by clicking on the link below. The amount due for members who join after January 1st will be pro-rated based on the remaining months in the year. Existing members can transfer their membership from one Link to another by completing and submitting the following form.
